Me and my friend will be travellig to Vietnam for the first time in 2 days. We were told that Phil passport holders need not have a visa but some told us to get one. Do we really need. A visa to stay there for 3 days only? If yes, where can we get one?

Filipino passport holders do not need visa if staying in Vietnam within 21 days. However, the passport must be valid at least 6 months
