Hello, I am a national from the Dominican Republic residing in Miami, FL, USA.
There is no consulate near me and I will be traveling to Dominican Republic and Hong Kong prior to my trip to Vietnam.

Dear Patricia Perez,
Dominican Republic passport holders can apply visa on arrival at our site without any problems
You use the approval letter which will be sent via email for checking with airline and getting visa stamp at VIETNAM airport
