Dear Nive,
You can get visa on arrival but must apply it beforehand to get the approval letter to board the plane. Upon arrival, you will show that letter to get visa stamp to enter Vietnam

Hello,
I applied for e-visa on Tuesday (05/03/2019) british time so was next day early morning. I have flight ticket for Sunday (10/03/2019) and will be on Hanoi next day early morning. My visa is still processing. What can I do if I not get e-visa today ?
