I m from spain and in December I fly to Ho chi Ming with my family. We are stay 10 days only. My cuestion is, with the new terms for the spanish citicens we need a visa or no?

Pleased kindly be informed that Spain citizens have a right to enter legitimately without a Visa within 15 days and this rule lasts till the end of June, 2016.
However, please make for sure that your passport validity is more than 6 months together with your previous trip is far from the next one at least 30 days.
