Hi I am a uk citizen I will be traveling from Thailand to Vietnam 02/03/15 for 7 days. What documents will I need is it just my passport or is there any other paperwork I will need to enter. Do I need extra photos.

Thank you for your question.
We would like to confirm that from July, 1st 2015 to next June 2016, Vietnam Government exempts Visas for nationals of 5 Western European countries as: France, Germany, Spain, United Kingdom and Italy. They do not need visa if staying in Vietnam less than 15 days regardless of their purpose or type of visas.
However, if this is not your first visit, especially in the latest 30 days, you have to apply visa.
By the way, you still need to prepare 2 photo for entry and exit form when you arrive in Vietnam.
