Hi there my name is Nuraddis K abdo and I'm currently live in Virginia usa
And I need to go visit hanoi and I have green card but I'm ethiopian citizens
My question . I was plan to travel hanoi but ma passport is already expired
So I have to go back ethiopia to renew pa passport and one's I got new passport
How I can get visa which is from Ethiopia?
