How fast can I get a Visa? I'm leaving the US on business on Monday 2/29, and Vietnam is a scheduled stop on my business trip. Can I get a Visa by this Friday?

Dear Sir/Madam,
As because the business visa takes 3 working days to process, so you has to apply the visa on Wednesday, Feb 24th 2016. Otherwise you have to apply the Emergency Case to pay extra for the processing time.
