I currently have a temporary residence card (valid until 2017) addressed in my current employer here in Binh Duong near Ho chi minh city and now I will be changing my employer and will be deployed near Hanoi.
My question is if I go back to Philippines after I finished my contract to my existing employer and return to Vietnam (Hanoi) to my new employer do I need to apply for a new visa?
