I have a question: i am arriving to Hanoi at 08 August and shall be returning to Spain at 22 August . Its necesary make a visa ?

Could you please give us your nationality? Then we will help you with the best advice.
If your nationality is Spain, from July 1, 2015 to June 2016, you can enter Vietnam without visa if staying in Vietnam less than 15 days. But as you said, you will arrive in August, so we give you the best way that you should wait until the end of June whether Vietnam Immigration have any new policy about visa exemption for Spain.
