Let say i'm in Vietnam already with my approved visa then i want to go to another country. Can i come back to Vietnam within my approved time frame without any problem?

In your case, could you please advise us the type of visa you did apply as well? If your visa is multiple entries visa and still have valid date , you can back Vietnam.
