Hi,
My husband & I will be arriving in Vietnam 4/3/17 on a cruise ship, do we have to purchase a visa or do we pay for visa on the ship we only be in Vietnam for 3-4 days.

The online visa (or Visa on arrival) is just accepted if you are travelling by plane only. If you enter to Vietnam by cruise, you should apply visa at the Vietnam Embassy/Consulate Office in your living country.
