Hi, I am Vietnamese, but now I am a American passport holders. So do I need to apply for the visa and what kind of the visa should I apply?

Dear Sir/Madam,
All Us Passport holder has to apply visa for one year multiple entry only. The tourist visa is $35/pax whild business visa is $350/pax, not including the stamping fee $135/pax at the Airport.
