visa

I have received my visa approval document per email, I understand that I need to pay for a single entry or a multiple entry. What is the difference. Is single entry for when I dont intend traveling to any other contry ? if I plan to possibly travel to another contry within the three months that I am in Vietnam, and want to come back to vietnam,will I need a multiple entry visa to be able to come back to vietnam
