I am trying to find out what visa's I need to apply for. I am sending my partner on a surprise trip to shanghai from the uk to meet his friends for 3/4 days then onto Vietnam for a week and back to shanghai for 3 days then back to the UK. Does he need a VOA if so if I apply and have the form's ready what will he need to do? How much does this cost in total?

After 2 working days (except Saturday Sunday and holiday ) , the Approval Letter will be sent back for you via email. Please use that letter for boarding plane and getting Visa stamp at VN airport.
It is 19 usd for 1 month single visa and 45 usd in cash for stamping fee at the airport.
