Hi, I will travel to Ho Chi Minh with my Chinese friend (who living in China) on 26 Sep 2017 and arrive at 00:50am on 27 Sep 2017. Could you please advise that if I apply the visa on today, I could get the approval letter on or before the morning of 26 Sep 2017? Thanks.
