My boyfriend (Syrian) and me (German) are planning to visit Vietnam in January 2016 for about one week. He arrived in Germany one year ago and is in possession of a residence permit for three years (which includes a contemporary passport). My question: Is it possible for him to aaply for Visa? If so, which documents are necessary?
