I'm travelling to Siem Reap for a couple of days in January. I would like to fly to Saigon for 2-3 days but I do not know the exact date of arrival. Is this required to apply for a Visa?

We would like to inform with you that you can estimate your date of arrival because the Immigration will allow passengers to enter and exit from Vietnam within this period.
We are pleased to take you an example that, if you apply for 1 month single and your date of arrival is Dec/18/2015 then your Visa will be valid until Jan/18/2016.
By this, we mean you can enter and exit Vietnam from Dec/18/2015 to Jan/18/2016.
