Hi, I'm arriving Hanoi May 30th 2017 and departing June 04th 2017, arriving from Siam Reap, Cambodia. Can I still travel under the visa exemption program ?

Thank you for your email.
We would like to inform that based on the Vietnam Immigration policy, from July 1, 2015 to June 2017, Italian are exempted from Vietnam for 15 days, but the previous visit must be far 30 days the next visit. So if you haven't entered Vietnam before, you can stay in Vietnam from May 30 to June 04 without visa.
