Hi up until recently i have still been getting 3 month multi entry visa for travel to Vietnam through evisa despite being aware of the 15 day exemption.now your site raises the 15 day visa exemption rule. when looking into this it still states you need to apply for the visa exemption and do so at Vietnamese embassy. what are the rules because i don't want to turn up at the airport in Singapore and either be refused on the flight or have issues in Ho Chi Minh when i land?
