Visa Explaination for Nigerian citizen

We are pleased to reply that first, in order to get Visa, you need to have Passport or at least Resident Card. 

Second, in case you are from Nigeria, you must contact Embassy or Consulate in your current place or nearby countries to apply Visa. Because we only cannot support Visa on arrival service for Nigeria anymore.
