Dear Sir/Madam,
I am going to apply for VOA to collect at HCNC airport on 23 FEB 2017.
1. Would you mind tell me if the 1 month single entry VISA can be extended after?
2. If I will apply for 3 months single entry VISA, can you confirm that I will be able to collect it on the 23th FEB?

1. You can apply 1 month single entry visa, then extend it while you are in Vietnam.
2. It will take 2 working days to process the approval letter for you normally even if you apply for 3 month visa
