I am little confused about visa and extra fees. In Visa fees option, I have seen 25 USD/ person for stamping fee which will be required to pay in cash at the arrival airport. In addition, I have to pay 19 USD/person during online visa application. Do I need to pay another 150 USD/person for approval letter that you have mentioned to someone in a previous questions?

Please be noted that the stamping fee (25USD/person for 1 month single entry visa) is the compulsory fee which every applicants have to pay for the Immigration at Vietnam airport to get visa. The service fee is the fee you pay online for us to process visa approval letter for you. As your nationality is listed in the specialist countries of Vetnam Immigration, so the service for 1 month single tourist visa is 150USD/person, NOT 19USD/person.
By the way, to process your visa, you need to send us: your passpory, return flight ticket and hotel booking.
