Hi there my 2 friends are arriving into Hanoi from Shanghai, how much would it cost for all of us. And would be best to get a visa before leaving New Zealand. Does the visa start from the date application is approved or from date of travel. We will be travelling from Hanoi to HCMC then exit to Cambodia would that make it a single/multiple visa? Thank you
