My husband and I will leave on the saturday May 21 2016 from Paris and arrive at Hanoi on Sunday 22 at 6 o'clock. We come back to Paris the Sunday June 5 2016.
Do we need a visa for 15 days?

Dear Sir/Madam,
We would like to confirm you that according to the Vietnam Immigration's new policy, from July 1, 2015 to June 2016, France no need Visa if they stay in Vietnam less than 15 days. However, the previous visit must be far from the next visit at least 30 days.
