Hi, I hold an Indian passport and a permanent resident of Singapore. I wish to come to HCM city on 5th Jan2015 from Singapore. Wish to know which is better option i.e. applying for visa in Vietnam Embassy here or applying online? any big cost difference between two methods? any other important inputs? thank you in advance.
