We would like to inform that you no need send us your passport, return flight ticket  to apply visa. You just need estimate your  arrival date – exit date and  fill in application form in the link: http://www.vietnam-evisa.org/apply-visa.html. (All information must be exacted as your passport.)

After receiving your payment, we will process and send  the approval letter via your email, then just need print the letter out and use it to get visa stamp directly at Vietnam airport.
