According to The Vietnamese Immigration Regulation, from July 1st 2015 to June 30th 2016, Germany passport holders have 15 days Vietnam Visa exemption if they did not enter the country within last 30 days. If you meet these needs, you are able to stay in Vietnam 15 days without Visa.
