Hi, I will be traveling to Vietnam from June 5th, 2016 to June 20th, 2016 for touristic purpose. I would like to know if it is possible for Niger citizen legally resident in Jiaxing, China to get a visa on arrival to Vietnam (Ho-chi-min). Thanks and best regards, IBRAHIM A.N.
