Hi there is a group of 4 of us. We are travelling by river from Phnom Penh by speed boat to Chau Doc, Can Tho in the Mekong Delta. Are we able to use this visa letter to get visas at the border? Or can you suggest a way for us to get our visas in Phnom Penh.
