Hi! I am leaving Laos to go to Vietnam. Not leaving by airplain, but going to cross the border by land. Was planning to get my VISA in vientiane. But it will take me one week to get from Vientiane to Vietnam. Does this mean that I can stay in Vietnam for 3 weeks instead of 4 weeks?

In this case, you should ask at the Vietnam Embassy in Vientiane. As we are Evisa Agency, and we just process the visa if customer travel by plane only.
