Visa from Texas

Apr 09, 2017
Hi there,

We're traveling to Vietnam from Houston in May. We checked the visa.mofa.gov.vn site and they said that there are only certain qualifiers to getting a visa upon arrival like not having a competent visa office near us. Examples included not having a competent visa provider near us, or there being a funeral in vietnam, etc. Do these same requirements apply to getting a visa on this site?

Thanks,

Laura

Dear Mr/ Ms. Laura,

Are you holding US passport? If yes, you can apply visa on arrival at our website here https://www.vietnam-evisa.org/apply-visa.html . After you pay for us, the visa approval letter from Vietnam Immigration will be sent to your email address within 2 working days (for tourist visa). You then just need to print this letter out to board the plane and get visa stamped directly at Vietnam airport.

Best Regards,

Elly
