The 3 of us (parents with 15-year-pld daughter) have all American and Polish passports and reside in the US. In July after a short stay in Thailand and Cambodia we'll be crossing into Vietnam on a boat on the Mekong river. In this case -can we obtain an email letter/visa promise and get the actual visa stamped in on that border crossing? Thank you
