I am from Philippines with a Taiwanese passport. i intend to travel to Hanoi this november. i will be going to vietnam via Singapore.
i read that visa application can be done online, bring approval letter and get visa on arrival stamp at the vietnam airport. however, vietnamese embassy in Manila states otherwise. pls advise
