You just need to apply at our website here https://www.vietnam-evisa.org/apply-visa.html and make payment online with your Credit or Debit card. After receiving your payment, the visa approval letter will be sent to your email within 2 working days (for tourist visa). You then can print this letter out and use it to get visa stamp directly at Vietnam airport.
