Hello,
I will be arriving in vietnam in 12 hours with italian passport, visa on arrival gives 15 days visa.
Is it possible to pay it at the counter since i have no time to do the process online!

If you have visa exemption for 15 days, you do not have to pay any fees at the Airport.
