I want to apps for visa on arrival I am bound to travel on 14th Feb 2016.

Please suggest how can we process same.

Dear Sir/Madam, 

As we are having Tet public holiday in Vietnam, so if you want to enter to Vietnam in Feb 14, you have to apply the holiday case.
