I am planning to visiti Viet fish exhibition in Ho Chi Minh on 2nd August, 2016 from Dubai as I am currently residing in United Arab Emirates.
Request you to please advise will it be possible for me get an on arrival visa in Ho Chi Minh airport.

You use this letter to get Visa stamp at the airport when you arrive Vietnam.
