I am US citizen holding a US passport, I want go to visit vietnam on October 21, 2016, can I get a visa on arrival ? if so, how can I apply for it?

We would like to inform that US citizen can apply visa on arrival at website https://www.vietnam-evisa.org/apply-visa.html . But there are some changes for US passport holder , American only can get 1 year multiple tourist visa (90 days maximum per visit). Therefore, the fee for this visa type is $100 per person (excluding the stamping fee $135 per person).
