A friend is travelling to Ho Chi Minh, she is Kenyan and holds a Kenyan passport.
Is it possible to get the letter from yourselves, to get the VOA, in 24 hours?
she intends to fly on Wednesday 8th August, arriving in Ho Chi Minh on Thursday 9th August.
She will stay in Vietnam for 3 weeks on vacation.
