Hi I am Indian citizen ,want to fly to Vietnam after a week .....can I just arrive at Vietnam and apply for a visa or do I have to fill in the application form on line , before I depart ??....Thank you .....and also will this visa be enough to enter combodia or will I have to apply the same way !!
