Dear Evisa team,

My brother and me are planning to visit your country next year, March 2016. We are both Dutch (Netherlands) 31 and 30 years old. I would like to arrange the visas for the both of us, but my brother is currently residing in Thailand. We are planning to fly from Bangkok to Ho Chi Mingh and we would like to stay around for about three weeks. Am I eligible to arrange these visas for arrival?
