We are flying into Hanoi, then cruising and returning to Vietnam for reentry from Cambodia in Tan Chau and then through to Saigon for flight to Laos.
Can I use the Visa on Arrival option.

Dear Madam,
We kindly inform that visa on arrival is just accepted when traveling by plane only. In this case, you have to apply the visa at the Vietnam Embassy in your living country.
