I am going to Vietnam from 9/1/18 - 9/8/18. When should I apply for my visa?
Also, you fast track service stated "no fee" but when I checked the box it showed extra amount on top of the visa fee.
Kindly clarify.

If you book Fast track service, you have to pay online at the same time make booking
