I have the letter of approval . Do i need to get any insurance to cover my stay in Vietnam. Is it that visa fees for single entry have to be paid in USD cash only?

Thank you for your concern.
You don't need to get any insurance to cover your stay in Vietnam with your India passport holder
You want to know the stamping fee right ? The standard stamping fee for single entry (both for 1 month & 3 months) is 25 USD while it is 50 USD for multiple entries (both for 1 month & 3 months) have to be paid in USD cash only.
