Do I have to go through the process of adding a Vietnam stamp in my passport? It seems to be more trouble and cost. Also, waiting in line at the airport?

We would like to confirm that US citizens need a visa to visit Vietnam.
There are 2 ways for you to get Visa:
- You can apply for Visa on arrival at https://www.vietnam-evisa.org/apply-visa.html to get the approval letter which you can use to get visa directly at the airport once you arrive.
- You can get Visa directly at the Vietnam Embassy/ Consulate office in your current country.
