We would like to inform with you that:

1. We can not do process Visa on arrival for Syrian citizens and he/she can go to Embassy in his/her living country physically to get his/her Visa.

2. Regards to Russian passport holders, if he/she enters Vietnam before 30th June, the he/she can get 15 days Visa exemption. In case, the applicants want to apply Visa, please apply online with us by filling information out at our site: vietnam-evisa.org/apply-visa.html

We will send the approval letter to the applicants's email within 2 working days. They then can get VISA at Vietnam airport with the approval letter.
