I am a Canadian visiting my daughter in Australia. I would like to visit Vietnam departing from Perth AU and returning to Perth Australia. Do I need a passport? If so, will I have difficulty obtaining it because the request comes from Australia and not from Canada? Thanks for your prompt response.
