Hi there, I am living in US now but has a Hong Kong passport, I will be travelling to Vietname in Feb 9 through Feb 12 2014, can I get my traveling visa to Vietnam when I go back to Hong Kong between 1/29/2014 to 2/8/2014? Does it only take 2 days ? Thank you,
