My brother booked me a flight from June 19 to 28, 2017 for a vacation in vietnam, do I have to apply for a viza? Thank you and best regards....

It is informed that Philippines do NOT need Vietnam visa for 21 days. So you can stay in Vietnam without visa from Jun 19 to Jun 28.
