Hallo We are a couple from Greece and we would travel in Vietnam using 1 month – multiple entry VOA. So please inform us: 1) how many days before our entry in SGN airport, we must apply for the approval letter ( for normal edition 2 working days)? 2) We don’t know the exact arrival day, could we declare for example , arrival day 20.12.2014 and arrive in Vietnam 23.12.2014( 3 days after)? 3) How much is the cost for the approval letter and the stamp fee? Thank you for your question.
1. We would like to inform that the normal processing time for Greek Passport holders takes 2 working days. So you can apply right now or wait until 4-5 days before your trip to Vietnam to avoid unworthy mistakes.
2. You can give usthe appox time, for example , arrival day 20.12.2014 and arrive in Vietnam 23.12.2014( 3 days after),just like you said.
3. For 1month single visa, it is 19 USD for service fee and then 45 usd in cash for stamping fee at Vietnam airport upon your arrival.
